- Absorb excess oil with a paper towel.
- Add 2 cups of water, 100ml of sake, Japanese leek and ginger.
- When it comes to a boil, turn down to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- This is the soup after boiling the meat.
- Take out the meat.
- You can use this to make soup!
- Pour 100ml each of water and sake, and all the seasoning ingredients to the empty pan and heat.
- When it comes to a boil, add the meat.
- Then cover with a small lid that sits right on top of the food and simmer for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- Flip the meat frequently.
- Take off the small lid and turn the heat to slightly strong.
- Simmer and coat well, then it is done.
