Turkey Cordon Bleu Pasta

  1. In a large skillet saute the mushrooms and green pepper in butter until crisp-tender 4-5 mins approximately.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey,ham,soup,water and broth.
  3. Stir into veggies.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, cook uncovered for 3-4 mins or until heated through.
  6. Serve with pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. * I have learned from experience to make sure you throughly drain the pasta with a colander with this dish.
