No-Cook Blackberry Jam - CERTO Liquid

  1. Crush blackberries, one layer at a time.
  2. Measure exactly 2 cups prepared blackberries into large bowl.
  3. Stir in sugar.
  4. Let stand 10 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Mix pectin and lemon juice until blended.
  6. Add to blackberry mixture; stir 3 min.
  7. or until most the sugar is dissolved and no longer grainy.
  8. (A few sugar crystals may remain.)
  9. Fill all containers immediately to within 1/4 inch of tops.
  10. Wipe off top edges of containers; immediately cover with lids.
  11. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
