Autumn Sausage Casserole
- 1 lb lean pork sausage
- 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups cooked prepared stuffing
- 12 cup raisins
- 1 dash onion, flakes (use fresh if you prefer)
- 1 dash dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon ground allspice
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ground pepper
- In large skillet, cook sausage, apple, onion flakes, and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain (if necessary).
- Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
