Baked Ambrosia Recipe
- 2 tsp butter
- 1/2 c. grated coconut
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb 4 ounce. can pineapple chunks or possibly tidbits
- 1 lb 13 ounce. can sliced peaches
- 1 lb can dark cherries
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Heat butter in 1-1/2 quart.
- casserole.
- Stir in coconut, flour, sugar and salt.
- Mix well with fork.
- Add in liquid removed fruits, mix lightly.
- Bake 30-35 min until warm and bubbly.
