Spinach Artichoke Spread
- 2 pkg. fresh spinach, stems removed
- 1 container artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 container feta cheese
- 1 container cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. garlic pepper
- 1 fresh french bread, thinly sliced
- Saute spinach a little olive oil and garlic pepper on medium heat; allow to cook down.
- When cooked, put spinach in a strainer and drain excess water.
- In same saute pan, cook artichokes over medium-low heat.
- Place feta and cream cheese in a pot, add a little garlic pepper and allow to melt over medium heat.
- Strain excess water from artichokes and combine spinach, artichokes and the melted cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle pepper over the thinly sliced French bread and baked in the oven for a few minutes at 250F.
- Serve on any platter you like and enjoy.
