Ruben Sandwiches

  1. On a low heated skillet, lay buttered slices of bread down, butter side down.
  2. Top each slice with pastrami sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.
  3. Then place a slice of Swiss cheese on each sandwich.
  4. Top with another slice of bread buttered on the outside.
  5. Turn up heat to medium/high.
  6. Grill sandwiches on one side until brown then carefully flip.
  7. Cook on each side until cheese is thoroughly melted and bread is golden brown.
