Protein Puppy Chow, Healthy Gingersnap Style
- 1/2 cups Natural Creamy Almond Butter
- 1/4 cups Molasses
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 4 cups Cinnamon Chex Cereal
- 23 cups Les Mils Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- Place almond butter, molasses and coconut oil into a large, microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted and creamy, about 1 1/2 minutes.
- Stir the mixture well to combine and then add in the Chex.
- Stir gently until the almond butter mixture coats the cereal.
- In a large Ziploc bag, combine protein powder, ginger and cinnamon.
- Shake the bag around to make sure the spices get mixed in with the protein powder.
- Add the Chex cereal into the bag and shake around until evenly coated in the protein powder/spice mixture.
- Pour into a bowl and let cool, so that the almond butter hardens and sets.
