Red Velvet Cookie Balls

  1. Mix cream cheese, cookie crumbs and food colouring until well blended.
  2. Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. Melt chocolate as directed on package.
  5. Dip balls in chocolate; place in single layer on parchment- or waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  6. Top with sprinkles.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
