Chocolate Mounds

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and soda.
  3. Beat next 2 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  4. Add egg, honey and vanilla; mix well.
  5. Stir in flour mixture and chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate 30 min.
  7. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  9. or until golden brown.
  10. Cool on baking sheets 5 min.
  11. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
