Chocolate Mounds
- 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar blend sugar replacement
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix flour, baking powder and soda.
- Beat next 2 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
- Add egg, honey and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in flour mixture and chocolate.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets 5 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
