Quick Tangy Ribs
- 3 lbs ribs
- 12 ounces beer
- 34 cup kraft barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Place ribs bone side down in cooking bag.
- Pour 1 1/4 c of beer in bag and secure bag.
- Microwave on medium (50 percent) for 40 minutes turning and rearranging ribs after 20 minutes.
- Remove ribs from bag.
- Combine remaining beer with other ingredients and mix well.
- Cook ribs till desired doneness brushing with sauce mix every 10 minutes.
