Peppy Mini Pizza Pies
- 10 ounces biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 10 ounces pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano crushed
- 8 ounces pepperoni sliced
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Heat oven to 400F (200C).
- Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
- Press or roll each to 5 inch circle forming 1/4 inch, rim around outside edge.
- Spread 2 tablespoons sauce just to edges of pizza, sprinkle each with small amount of oregno.
- Top with pepperoni, ground beef and cheeses.
- Bake at 400F (200C).
- from 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from cookie sheet.
