Peanut and Chile Brussels Sprout Salad
- 2 tablespoons minced shallots
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts, very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1 red chile, sliced

- Place Brussels sprouts, peanuts, and sliced red chile in a large bowl; toss to combine.
