Mexican style bacon cheese refried beans
- 1/2 lb beans (pinto) already boiled (cooked) follow directions on the back of the bag to cook
- 1/3 packages bacon
- 1/3 lb cheddar cheese (if want really cheesy make it one pound) chopped or shredded
- 1 small jalapeno toasted
- 1 frying pan
- 1 beans smasher
- 1/2 cup water
- First take a frying pan and cook your bacon remove your bacon keeping the oil in the pan then you place your pinto beans to fry with a 1/2 cup water add jalapeno hole and pan let cook to boil.
- As boiling place cheese chopped or shredded in pan to melt reduce heat once cheese melting take a smasher and start smashing the beans on low heat once beans are half way smashed turn flame off and continue until beans are smooth when done take away from heat let cool to thick crumble bacon on top then serve.
