Morning Energy Drink
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free plain soy milk
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 small banana
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ or oat bran (optional)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients until smooth.
- For a change, serve this dish as a cold breakfast soup.
- Pour 1 cup into a bowl and top with about 1/4 cup of your favorite fat-free or low-fat cereal, such as wheat biscuits.
