Blender Pancakes Recipe
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 to 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- Put lowfat milk into blender; add in flour.
- Blend for 2 min, starting at lowest speed and increasing gradually to highest.
- Add in sugar, salt, soda and baking pwdr, then Large eggs, then oil, blending till smooth after each addition.
- Cook on warm griddle.
- Serve with syrup or possibly preserves, as desired.
