Fluffy Mashed Potatoes

  1. Dice potatoes.
  2. Place in pot of boiling water.
  3. Boil until soft.
  4. Drain.
  5. Put potatoes back in pot.
  6. Add butter.
  7. Cover and let melt.
  8. Add whipping cream.
  9. Mash with potato masher or electric mixer
  10. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Whip until fluffy.
  12. Enjoy!
