Bethany's Low Fat Fudge Chocolate Chip Muffins

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees and use nonstick spray on regular sized nonstick muffin tin.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. using 3 oz.
  4. ice cream scoop, evenly scoop into muffin tins and bake for 20 min to an hour.
  5. rotating half way through.
  6. place toothpick in center.
  7. when toothpick comes out clean, muffins are done.
  8. allow to fully cool then pop out with a spoon.
