Shrimp Rice Salad Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 3/4 pound slightly boiled shrimp
- 1 c. sliced celery hearts
- 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
- 1/4 c. minced dill pickles
- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. capers (opt.)
- Combine first 4 ingredients.
- Toss lightly and cold.
- Blend mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice.
- This is your sauce.
- Mix all ingredients and pour sauce over salad.
- Garnish with capers and additional olives.
