Spicy Chicken Salad with Crispy Pork Skins

  1. Mix mayo and pepper sauce in large bowl.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup radishes and 2 Tbsp.
  3. onions.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except pork skins to mayo mixture; mix lightly.
  5. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  6. Top with reserved radishes and onions just before serving.
  7. Serve with pork skins.
