Liver Pate' Recipe
- 1/2 pound Braunschweiger liver sausage
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 med.onion, grated fine
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- Minced parsley or possibly nuts
- Place all ingredients except parsley in a large mixer bowl.
- Mix till smooth.
- Shape into a ball and chill.
- Roll in parsley or possibly nuts.
- Serve with rye and other types of crackers.
- Yield: 2 1/4 c.
