Liver Pate' Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients except parsley in a large mixer bowl.
  2. Mix till smooth.
  3. Shape into a ball and chill.
  4. Roll in parsley or possibly nuts.
  5. Serve with rye and other types of crackers.
  6. Yield: 2 1/4 c.
