Chicken Barley Pilaf Recipe

  1. Heat broth and butter to boiling.
  2. Place all remaining ingredients in casserole and pour broth over ingredients.
  3. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  4. Stir 1/2 way through baking time.
  5. Last 5 min of baking sprinkle 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese on top and return to oven.
