Pork Chop & Potatoes Recipe
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 c. sliced potatoes
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3/4 c. bell pepper, minced
- 6-8 pork chops
- Mix soup, lowfat sour cream, water together.
- Alternate this soup mix with potatoes, onion and bell pepper.
- Place in 375 degree oven 30 min, uncovered.
- Brown pork chops in skillet, floured or possibly unfloured.
- Place pork chops on top of potatoes, cover and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
