Holiday Poke Cupcakes

  1. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed for cupcakes.
  2. Cool in pans 10 min.
  3. Pierce tops with fork.
  4. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  5. until completely dissolved.
  6. Spoon over cupcakes.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. Remove from pans.
  9. Tint COOL WHIP with food coloring; spread onto cupcakes.
  10. Decorate as desired.
