Reuben Pastrami Burger
- 24 each 80% lean ground beef patties (6 oz. each)
- 24 slices Swiss cheese slices (1 oz. each) Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- - pastrami, thinly sliced
- 24 each KRAFT Thousand Island Dressings, split, toasted
- 3 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce, divided
- 24 each leaf lettuce
- 8 each tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 3 cups canned sauerkraut, well drained
- 3 cups KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing
- For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
- Top with 1 cheese slice and 1 oz.
- pastrami.
- Grill 30 sec.
- or until cheese begins to melt and pastrami is warmed.
- Spread bottom half of roll with 1 Tbsp.
- steak sauce; top with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 2 Tbsp.
- sauerkraut and 1 Tbsp.
- dressing.
- Cover with cheeseburger, 1 Tbsp.
- of the remaining steak sauce and top of roll.
