Reuben Pastrami Burger

  1. For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  2. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  3. Top with 1 cheese slice and 1 oz.
  4. pastrami.
  5. Grill 30 sec.
  6. or until cheese begins to melt and pastrami is warmed.
  7. Spread bottom half of roll with 1 Tbsp.
  8. steak sauce; top with 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 2 Tbsp.
  9. sauerkraut and 1 Tbsp.
  10. dressing.
  11. Cover with cheeseburger, 1 Tbsp.
  12. of the remaining steak sauce and top of roll.
