Peach and Cinnamon Microwave Cake (LCHF)

  1. Chop peach half in small pieces and set aside
  2. Put butter in an individual serving sized microwaveable dish, cover with baking paper and melt in the microwave ( about 30 seconds)
  3. Discard the baking paper, add all the other ingredients (except the peach), mix well until thoroughly combined
  4. Stir in the peach pieces
  5. Cover dish with plastic wrap, make a few holes in it, then microwave for 1 and a half minutes
  6. Serve warm with thick cream.
