Sausage Apple Strudel

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. Carefully unroll cornbread dough into single layer in prepared pan; press seams together to seal.
  4. Pat out dough to 12x8-inch rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
  6. of the cinnamon sugar.
  7. Arrange apples in rows, with slices slightly overlapping, down center of dough; top with sausage.
  8. Fold long sides of dough over filling, slightly overlapping edges of dough in center.
  9. Pinch ends of dough together to seal.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tsp.
  11. cinnamon sugar.
  12. Bake 15 min.
  13. or until golden brown.
  14. Cool slightly.
