Berry Breakfast Cake

  1. Combine first three ingredients.
  2. Beat egg whites until fluffy.
  3. Beat liquids, and gently fold in egg whites.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients, pour batter into an oiled cake pan, sprinkle with berries, and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 425F (220C).
  6. for 30 to 35 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve hot with butter or your favorite syrup.
