Greek Potatoes

• 4 cups potatoes, peeled and par boiled
• 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbles
• 14 cup all purpose Greek seasoning, blend

1. Peel and boil potatoes until soft, but not mashed.
2. season with Greek seasoning
3. fold in Feta Cheese.
