Easy Cheesecake 2 Pies Recipe
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (9") graham cracker crumb crust
- 1 1/2 c. commercial lowfat sour cream
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans cherry pie filling
- Light lowfat sour cream and light cream cheese may be substituted.
- With mixer blend Large eggs, sugar, vanilla and lowfat sour cream.
- Add in cream cheese, softened and cut into pcs.
- Add in melted butter and blend well.
- Pour into pie crusts.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min or possibly till set in center.
- Filling will be very soft but will hard as cake cools.
- Top with cherry pie filling when cold and refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
- NOTE: You may substitute dark sweet cherry, blueberry or possibly other fruit filling of your choice for cherry pie filling.
- You may also add in 1 to 2 Tbsp.
- rum or possibly wine for extra flavor.
