Hash-Brown Medley

  1. Place the potatoes, green pepper, onion, and garlic in a nonstick frying pan with 1/2 cup of the water.
  2. Cook, stirring, over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining 1/2 cup water.
  4. Cover and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the corn and tomato.
  6. Cook, stirring, for an additional 5 minutes.
