Boysenberry Vinegar Syrup Recipe

  1. In a stainless steel saucepan combine the Boysenberries with vinegar to barely cover them and the sugar.
  2. Bring this to a boil, slowly, skim off frothy scum and let cold to room temperature.
  3. Strain, pressing down on the fruit.
  4. Chill the liquid.
  5. Use as an intense syrup with club soda, gingerale; vodka as well and other fruit.
  6. Yield: about 3 c.
