Roasted Red Pepper Pork Chops

  2. Sprinkle season salt on both sides of pork chops and place in a deep covered baker.

  4. Mix Tabasco, liquid smoke, garlic, and shallots into the relish.
  5. 3.
  6. Spoon over pork chops.
  7. 4.
  8. Microwave for 15 minutes on high.
  9. May also be baked at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
  10. Make sure the internal temperature of the pork chops is 160 degrees F for either method of preparation.
