Roasted Red Pepper Pork Chops
- 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
- 4 whole Pork Chops
- 6 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- 3 dashes Liquid Smoke
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 whole Shallot, Minced
- 1 cup Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Relish
- 1.
- Sprinkle season salt on both sides of pork chops and place in a deep covered baker.
- 2.
- Mix Tabasco, liquid smoke, garlic, and shallots into the relish.
- 3.
- Spoon over pork chops.
- 4.
- Microwave for 15 minutes on high.
- May also be baked at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
- Make sure the internal temperature of the pork chops is 160 degrees F for either method of preparation.
