Barbecue Hamburger (Sloppy Joe Style)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 14 cups ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes (or half of a small onion minced)
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 14-12 cup brown sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon your favorite hot sauce
- Tabasco sauce

- Brown Hamburger, drain fat.

- Stir in remaining ingredients breaking up hamburger into tiny pieces as you mix.

- Simmer on medium until a thick sauce forms (about 15-20 minutes).

- While sauce simmers, slice your buns and toast face-up on a cookie sheet, in a 250 degree oven for about 7 minutes or until crisp on the outside.
- (These are particularily tasty when served on on Onion Buns or Dutch Crunch rolls).

- Add about 2 heaping TB to each bun.
