Beany Nachos
- 440g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 200g packet corn chips
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 avocado, sliced Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Combine beans and salsa in a small pan over medium heat and stir until just heated through.
- Spoon beans over corn chips on an overproof serving plate and dollop with cheese spread.
- Place dish in the oven at 180 degrees C for 5 - 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
- Top with sliced avocado and serve immediately.
