Egg, Tomato, and Malony Noodle Soup

  1. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Beat the egg.
  3. Put the water, chicken stock powder and soy sauce in a sauce pan and heat.
  4. Once it starts boiling, add the Malony noodles.
  5. Add the chopped tomato.
  6. Once it starts boiling again, add the katakuriko slurry, and then the beaten egg.
  7. Stir the soup with a ladle and turn off the heat.
  8. After you've turned off the heat, add sesame oil and stir it all together.
  9. Ladle the soup into bowls and it's done.
