Egg, Tomato, and Malony Noodle Soup
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Eggs
- 1 as much (to taste) Malony noodles
- 1000 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 Katakuriko slurry
- Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces.
- Beat the egg.
- Put the water, chicken stock powder and soy sauce in a sauce pan and heat.
- Once it starts boiling, add the Malony noodles.
- Add the chopped tomato.
- Once it starts boiling again, add the katakuriko slurry, and then the beaten egg.
- Stir the soup with a ladle and turn off the heat.
- After you've turned off the heat, add sesame oil and stir it all together.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and it's done.
