Southern Meatloaf

• 1 12 lbs ground beef or 1 12 lbs turkey
• 1 cup saltine crumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon dry mustard
• 14 teaspoon black pepper
• 18 teaspoon sage
• 12 teaspoon garlic powder
• 12 cup ketchup

1. Preheat to 350*F
2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
3. Spread into an ungreased 9x5x3 loaf pan or shape into a loaf into an ungreased 13x9x2 pan.
4. Spoon ketchup over the loaf.
