Seasoned Spinach and Ground Meat
- 1 bunch Spinach
- 1/4 Carrot
- 100 grams Ground meat (pork or chicken to your liking)
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Cut the carrot into thin strips.
- Place in a heatproof container, and microwave for 1 minute at 500 W.
- Boil spinach in boiling water, and cool in cold water.
- When cooled, squeeze the excess water, and cut into the same length as the carrot.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ground meat, and stir-fry.
- When it becomes crumbly, add sugar, sake, and soy sauce, and simmer.
- Combine the carrot and spinach in a bowl.
- Turn off the heat when the sauce is almost gone.
- Put the meat with the sauce into the bowl, and mix well, then you're done.
