Drunken Buffalo Chicken Wings
- 1 qt. Bull's-Eye Raging Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pureed
- 96 each chicken wings, split
- 1 cup flour
- 4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Mix wing sauce, lime juice, tequila and pepper puree in saucepan.
- Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
- Dredge wings in combined flour and garlic salt.
- Gently shake off excess flour mixture.
- Add wings, in batches, to preheated 350 degrees F deep-fat fryer; cook 10 to 12 min.
- or until wings are cooked through.
- Drain.
- Place in large pan.
- Add wing sauce mixture; toss to coat.
- For each serving: Plate 4 wing pieces; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
