Herb-and-Nut Cream Cheese Log

  1. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan and 1/4 cup nuts.
  2. Shape into 8-inch log.
  3. Roll in combined remaining nuts and parsley; press gently into log to secure.
  4. Serve with crackers.
