Crock Pot Sugar-Free Cranberry Applesauce

  1. Combine water, apples, cranberries and cinnamon in a crock pot.
  2. Cook on high 4-5 hours until apples are soft.
  3. Discard cinnamon stick.
  4. Place the mixture into a food processor and process until smooth or pulse slowly and leave some fruit chunks and texture in the applesauce if you like it like that.
  5. Add your sweetener and chill.
