Crock Pot Sugar-Free Cranberry Applesauce
- 1 cup Water
- 5 Apples, Cored, Peeled, Sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Cranberries, Washed
- 1 stick Cinnamon Or 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Sweetener Of Your Choice To Taste
- Combine water, apples, cranberries and cinnamon in a crock pot.
- Cook on high 4-5 hours until apples are soft.
- Discard cinnamon stick.
- Place the mixture into a food processor and process until smooth or pulse slowly and leave some fruit chunks and texture in the applesauce if you like it like that.
- Add your sweetener and chill.
