Pam's homemade cinnabon...
- 2 1/2 cup AP flour
- 180 grams plain yugort
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp white sugar
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 5 ml milk
- 1/2 cup condense milk
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 50 grams melter butter
- 1 hersheys chocolate syrup for drizzle
- in a mixer bowl combine all the dry ing.
- at low speed gradually add the oil sour cream and yogurt.beat untill well blend.
- remove dough transfer it in another glass bowl cover with cling wrap leave for about an hour or untill double in bulk.
- preaheat oven 350F
- grease the pan.
- on a lightly floured surface using rolling pin roll the dough form like rectangular shape.
- the filling brush the melted butter to the dough sprinkle brown sugar and cinammon powder.
- roll lightly from longside.cut into 1 inch slices
- place 1 roll into the center of your grease pan followed the remaining roll around it.
- bake for 30 min or untill golden brown.
- let it cool in room temparature...
- cream....using cake mixer beat all the ing until smooth.you can do cream ahead.spread on the top and drizzled chocolate syrup.
- if you prefer eat it warm its ok.done cooking enjoy :)
