Boursin Cheese Recipe
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 stk butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 tsp Fines herbes
- 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
- 2 x -(up to)
- 3 sprg parsley Lemon pepper (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl till well blended or possibly use a mixer.
- Refrigeratetill stiff sufficient to create into whatever shape is desired.
- Chill till ready to ssrve.
- May be served as is, or possibly rolled in lemon pepper.
- Serve with wheat crackers.
