Boursin Cheese Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor bowl till well blended or possibly use a mixer.
  2. Refrigeratetill stiff sufficient to create into whatever shape is desired.
  3. Chill till ready to ssrve.
  4. May be served as is, or possibly rolled in lemon pepper.
  5. Serve with wheat crackers.
