Jelly Pinwheels

  1. Unroll crust.
  2. Spread the jam almost to the edges.
  3. Sprinkle walnuts over jam.
  4. Rollup like a jellyroll.
  5. Cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces using a serated knife.
  6. If you have truble cutting, use a little flour on the knife.
  7. Onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet, place slices leaving about 1/2 inch between each.
  8. Dunk a glass into the sugar and press slices til almost flat.
  9. Don't worry about cracks forming.
  10. Bake 10-12 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
  11. Turn the tray when done halfway.
