Homemade Muesli
- 5 cups wholegrain oats
- 14 cup sunflower seeds
- 14 cup pepitas
- 14 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 14 cup natural cashews, roughly chopped
- 14 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 12 cup shredded coconut
- 12 cup fresh apple juice
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pre-heat the oven to 120 degrees celcius.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread all the ingredients in a large baking tray.
- Place in the oven for 1 hr 15 minutes.
- Remove and mix around every 15 minutes to avoid burning on the top.
