Chicken and Broccoli Casserole Bites
- 1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner (plus water, margarine and milk that is needed)
- 3 cups chopped broccoli florets
- 1 (3 lb.) rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- season to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Make macaroni and cheese according to box instructions.
- While mac and cheese is cooking, boil water in a large pot.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for 4 minutes and then drain.
- In a large bowl combine prepared mac and cheese, broccoli florets, chicken and mayonnaise.
- Season to taste.
- Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray and fill each cup to the top with the mac and cheese mixture.
- Cook in the oven for 15 minutes and then remove.
- Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
