Spicy Bistro Steak Sub - Beer Beef

  1. Melt margarine in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, and saute 2 minutes.
  3. Add roast beef and next 6 ingredients (beef through beer) and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Drain roast beef in a colander over a bowl, reserving sauce.
  6. Divide roast beef evenly among roll bottoms, and top with roll tops.
  7. Serve sandwiches with reserved sauce.
  8. Garnish sandwiches with carrot curls and olives if desired.
