Lower Fat Blondie
- 34 cup flour
- 12 cup whole wheat flour
- 14 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 14 cup margarine or 14 cup butter
- 1 12 cups brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup loosely chopped walnuts or 1 cup pecans
- combine and bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.
