Caribbean Pork 'N Rice

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min.
  3. Add carrots and onions; cook 5 min.
  4. or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. Fluff with fork before serving.
