Shrimp Bruschetta

  1. boil 4 roma tomatoes
  2. slice half cup basil
  3. add 3 minced garlic cloves
  4. add 1/3 cup olive oil
  5. add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  6. ad for cracks of peppers
  7. peel and chop the Roma tomatoes
  8. add tomatoes to mixture
  9. heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil with crushed red pepper
  10. add clean, peel, and devained shrimp to olive oil
  11. add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  12. slice and base the bread with the olive oil mixture
  13. allow the bread to prebake with the olive oil for about 5 minutes or until crispy
  14. add chopped cooked shrimp to the tomato and basil mixture
  15. place the mixture on the bread and topped with mixed Italian cheese and bake for another 5 minutes
