Shrimp Bruschetta
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 1 half cup basil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
- 1/4 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 Sliced baguette bread
- 1 cup Mixed Italian Cheese
- boil 4 roma tomatoes
- slice half cup basil
- add 3 minced garlic cloves
- add 1/3 cup olive oil
- add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- ad for cracks of peppers
- peel and chop the Roma tomatoes
- add tomatoes to mixture
- heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil with crushed red pepper
- add clean, peel, and devained shrimp to olive oil
- add 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- slice and base the bread with the olive oil mixture
- allow the bread to prebake with the olive oil for about 5 minutes or until crispy
- add chopped cooked shrimp to the tomato and basil mixture
- place the mixture on the bread and topped with mixed Italian cheese and bake for another 5 minutes
